POSITIONS OPEN:

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

•Proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

•Applicant Must be POKHARA based.

Preferences:

•Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design, including ability to translate concepts into clear plans and drawings.

•Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices.

•Experience supporting 3D visualizations and coordinating with engineering staff to ensure designs meet regulatory and safety requirements.

•Ability to incorporate and respond constructively to design feedback in a collaborative team environment.

•Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and methods, and take initiative in supporting project delivery.

Salary: Negotiable
